B. Proton Events
The greater than 10 MeV proton flux at geostationary orbit reached a peak flux of 54.3pfu at 25/0135 UTC and ended the UT day at 4.76 pfu. This nears the end of the enhacement that originated from an X1.1 flare from Region 3614 on 21 Mar.
C. Geomagnetic Activity Summary
The geomagnetic field reached major storm levels in response to waning effects from a CME that left the Sun on 21 Mar.
