THE EVENT EXTENDED OVER 200 DEGREES, FROM PA 40 TO 240. THE GREATER-THAN-2 MEV ENERGETIC ELECTRON FLUENCE IS ABOVE EVENT THRESHOLD, HOLDING AT MODERATE LEVELS
