Bulletin

Solar activity is low and only several B-class flares were reported during last 24 hours. We do not expect change in the level of flaring activity in the coming hours. Presently available coronagraph images do not show signatures of the Earth directed CMEs, and the solar protons remained at the background level. The solar wind speed presently amounts about 420 km/s and the interplanetary magnetic field magnitude is 5 nT. The increase of the solar wind speed, associated with the recurrent coronal hole (the low latitude extent of the southern polar coronal hole which is reaching even up to solar equator), is expected late today or tomorrow, June 26. The geomagnetic conditions are presently quiet and we expect quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions in the coming hours. The intervals of active geomagnetic conditions are possible starting from June 26.

Today's estimated international sunspot number (ISN): 017, based on 23 stations.
