Coronal hole faces Earth

No signs of a shock passage yet. It might be too early to write it off as a total miss as the low energy protons measured by EPAM remain elevated but it remains very doubtful we will see much of a shock passage.

The NOAA SWPC issued a moderate G2 geomagnetic storm watch for today as they believe that a shock passage from the M2.3 solar flare might be possible.
