Solar activity report
Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

SDF Number 337 Issued at 2200Z on 03 Dec 2010IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 02-2100Z to 03-2100Z Solar activity has been at very low levels for the past
24 hours. Region 1131 (N31E53) has grown in area but has remained
magnetically classified as an Alpha group. Region 1130 (N12W67) has
entered the decay phase with a decrease in areal coverage and
sunspot number.

very low levels with a chance for C-class activity for the next
three days (04-06 December).
