Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

C5/1N FLARE AT 06/0653UT. THIS REGION HAS GROWN SINCE YESTERDAY BUT
IS STILL A RELATIVELY SMALL SUNSPOT GROUP. NEW REGIONS NUMBERED ARE
8819 (N10W25), 8820 (S16E71), AND 8821 (N25E80).
