Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

LESS FREQUENTLY THAN THE PAST FEW DAYS. THE LARGEST FLARE WAS AN
OPTICALLY UNCORRELATED C5 AT 08/0708UT. REGION 8611 (S26W84) APPEARS
TO BE LEAVING THE VISIBLE DISK QUIETLY. GROWTH IN REGION 8626
(S21W30) HAS SLOWED. NEW REGION 8627 (S12E70) WAS NUMBERED.
