THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD WAS MOSTLY
QUIET TO UNSETTLED WITH ONE ISOLATED PERIOD OF ACTIVE CONDITIONS IN
THE HIGHER LATITUDES FROM 06/2100 - 2400Z THE GREATER THAN 2 MEV
ELECTRONS AT GEOSYNCHRONOUS ORBIT WERE IN THE HIGH LEVELS FOR MOST
OF THE PERIOD.
