Solar activity report
Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

DECLINING. A SMALL C FLARE WAS OBSERVED AT 1443UT FROM REGION 8232
(S20E09). REGION 8237 (S25E69) HAS ROTATED OVER THE EAST LIMB AS A
SMALL BXO SPOT GROUP. A TYPE II SWEEP WAS REPORTED AT 0912UT.

ISOLATED CLASS C FLARES ARE EXPECTED, PRIMARILY FROM REGION 8232.
