Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

(S10E48) PRODUCED ONLY MINOR FLUCTUATIONS. THIS REGION CONSISTS
OF TWO ABUTTED BIPOLES RESULTING IN A BETA-GAMMA MAGNETIC
CLASSIFICATION. THE REGION APPEARS TO BE MATURE AND STABLE IN
WHITE LIGHT AND MAGNETIC GRADIENTS ARE NOT HIGH.

VERY LOW. THERE IS A SLIGHT POSSIBILITY OF A C-CLASS FLARE
FROM REGION 7981.
