STRATWARM ALERT/SUNDAY/STRATWARM EXISTS. THE INTENSE WARMING OVER SIBERIA CONTINUES, WEAKENING.WARM AIR EXTENDS NORTHEASTWARDS INTO THE CANADIAN ARCTIC/WESTERN GREENLAND. TEMPERATURE GRADIENT REVERSED BETWEEN 60N AND THE POLE IN THE UPPER STRATOSPHERE.
