THE GT 100 MEV PROTON LEVEL DROPPED BELOW THRESHOLD ON 14/1645UT. THE GT 10 MEV PROTON LEVEL REMAINS ABOVE THRESHOLD, BUT HAS CONTINUED TO DECLINE FROM THE PEAK OF 300 PFU AT 14/1245UT.

THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD HAS BEEN QUIET TO UNSETTLED.
