Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

1405UT AND REACHED MAXIMUM OF 7.6PFU AT 1540UT. THE GREATER THAN
10MEV PROTON FLUXES REACHED EVENT THRESHOLDS AT 1420UT AND REACHED A
MAXIMUM OF 150PFU AT 1650UT. THIS EVENT IS ASSOCIATED WITH X1.1
FLARE AT 1331UT AND REMAINS IN PROGRESS.
