B. Proton Events
The GOES-16 greater than 10 MeV proton flux exceed 10 pfu beginning at 28/0020 UTC. The enhancement was associated with an M4.1 flare at 28/1558 UTC from around the Suns NW limb.

The geomagnetic field reached unsettled conditions.
