Solar activity report
Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

RE-EMERGED FROM SPOTLESS PLAGE TO A 17 SPOT CRI GROUP. THE
REGION PRODUCED A FEW B-CLASS SUBFLARES DURING THE PERIOD.
ALTHOUGH THE MAGNETIC POLARITIES OF THE SPOTS IN THIS GROUP
ARE BETA CONFIGURATION, THE UNDERLYING MAGNETIC FIELDS SHOW
A MIXING OF FIELDS THROUGHOUT THIS REVERSE POLARITY GROUP.

SOLAR ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO BE
LOW. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR AN ISOLATED C-CLASS EVENT
FROM REGION 7978.

OBSERVATORIES BETWEEN 0600-0900Z.
