Any mentioned solar flare in this report has a scaling factor applied by the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. The scaling factor has been removed from our archived solar flare data to reflect the true physical units.

(S19E63) SHOWED ITSELF AS A MODERATE SIZE C GROUP WITH DIFFUSE
PLAGE. REGION 8230 (S20E10) STABILIZED. NEW REGION 8233 (N28E64)
EMERGED RAPIDLY AND PRODUCED FREQUENT SUBFLARES LATE IN THE PERIOD.
SEVERAL LARGE FILAMENTS ARE VISIBLE IN THE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE AND
TO THIS POINT HAVE BEEN STABLE.
