STRATWARM ALERT EXISTS STRATWARM SATURDAY INTENSIFYING WARMING OVER THE CANADIAN ARCTIC AND NORTHERN ASIA, PENETRATING DOWNWARDS. TEMPERATURE GRADIENT BETWEEN 60 N AND THE POLE FROM 20 HPA UPWARDS.
