QUIET TO ACTIVE LEVELS THROUGH 1800 UTC, WITH MINOR TO SEVERE STORM
LEVELS OBSERVED THEREAFTER AT HIGHER LATITUDES. A SINGLE PERIOD OF
MAJOR STORMING WAS OBSERVED AT MID LATITUDES, FROM 2100-2400 UTC.
