THE GREATER THAN 10 MEV PROTON EVENT, WHICH BEGAN AT 12/1555 UTC, IS STILL IN PROGRESS. THE EVENT HAS BEEN IN SLOW DECLINE THROUGHOUT THE DAY, FALLING FROM 78 PFU TO 19 PFU BY DAY'S END.
