THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD RANGED FROM
QUIET TO MAJOR STORM. A K=6 WAS OBSERVED AT BOULDER FOR THE
04/0300Z TIME PERIOD. THE FIELD RETURNED TO QUIET LEVELS BY
04/0900Z ONLY TO BECOME ACTIVE AGAIN BY 04/1500Z.
