Because of the SWPC scaling factor, solar flares are reported as 42% smaller than for the science quality data. THE LARGEST FLARE SINCE YESTERDAY, A C5/SF AT 02/2227UT. THIS ACTIVE
REGION IS GROWING AND HAS MIXED POLARITIES IN THE LEADER SUNSPOTS.
OTHER DISK REGIONS WERE MOSTLY QUIET.

IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 02-2100Z to 03-2100Z
THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD WAS QUIET TO ACTIVE. SOLAR WIND INFORMATION
SUGGESTS THAT THE CORONAL HOLE RELATED HIGH-SPEED STREAM IS
DIMINISHING. THE GREATER THAN 2 MEV ELECTRON FLUX AT GEOSYNCHRONOUS
ORBIT WAS HIGH.

THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD IS
EXPECTED TO BE QUIET TO UNSETTLED. ISOLATED ACTIVE CONDITIONS ARE
