HOVERING NEAR THE 10 PFU MARK, SO FURTHER TIME MUST PASS TO CONFIRM
THAT END.

UNSETTLED. THE POLAR CAP ABSORPTION EVENT THAT BEGAN ON 04/1040Z,
ENDED AT 05/0420Z AFTER REACHING A MAXIMUM ABSORPTION OF 2.5 DB AT
