REGION 8156, WHICH PRODUCED NUMEROUS C-CLASS EVENTS ON IT'S INITIAL
ROTATION, HAS RETURNED AT LATITUDE S26, BUT IS STILL TOO CLOSE TO
THE EAST LIMB TO BE PROPERLY DELINEATED.
