Another question but about the filaments

Filament eruptions can cause a CME. A part of the material comes back on the sun after the filament eruption, phenomenon known as coronal rain. Some big filament eruptions can cause a strong geomagnetic storm on Earth but nothing serious.

There's an interesting "something" extending from the solar disk past the SE limb.   Figuratively, it looks like an elephant's trunk or a tornado.  Yet to be seen whether it will detach or recede back into the sun.  In its present state, would this be called a filament or a prominence?
