Guest Paul_Lee
Hi, I avidly follow this website in the hope that I can see the aurora borealis one day; no luck so far - I'm too far south Could I ask how this website gets the wing-kp data? I ask because I can look at the "official" site at the swpc.noaa website on my browser, but I have a small programme that extracts the data four times an hour and this can no longer access the data. I get the feeling that I am blacklisted. If you access the wing-kp.txt file, are you having any problems? Best wishes Paul
Marcel de Bont
You have a small program that extracts the data just for fun...? Anyway, there aren't any issues with extracting NOAA's data right now. The problem must be on your end.
Waldo Hazeleger
I use the SWPC data service for about 30 sources at least once per hour. No problem.
